Marcus believes that there are three important factors to the successful practice of architecture – client satisfaction, client satisfaction and client satisfaction. He fosters a client-focused, design-minded, hands-on approach to project delivery – a sort of James Dyson, Don Quixote and Norm Abram all rolled in to one. With an undergraduate in architecture, a masters in urban-planning and experience working in the construction industry, he’s able to approach design from both a macro and a micro level and lead the team in delivering dream-big, deliver-smart solutions.

Katie believes that there are three important factors to the successful practice of architecture – people skills, people skills and people skills. A sort of Carol Ross Barney, Martha Stewart and Ice-T all rolled in to one – Katie believes that if you can get the communication right, the rest will fall in to place. She develops an architectural aesthetic by listening closely to client’s needs. Keeping everyone on the same page and moving towards shared goals, Katie deftly removes would-be obstacles as she steers the team to successful project deliveries.

His design work exhibits simple but strong forms derived from experience with high-end residential architecture in both the Southwest and Tulsa regions.
Zac’s knowledge of emerging smart technologies for building systems – and of the latest movies – brings valuable insight to our work.
